The design of SKEINO’s LAURA SHAWL is a very open structure created through a bigger needle size and many ‘yarn overs’. Two different Fingering weight yarns are held together to work the shawl.

One is our very popular Paola yarn (100% Merino) and the other one is our Pisa Glitter yarn (mostly Baby Alpaca) with Lurex to give the shawl just the right touch of sparkle.

This 2-strand knitting project is fast and easy. The yarns are light and the shawl is like a fluffy cloud perfect for a cool summer night.

It is important to knit a swatch and you need to wash it to see how much more your knitting opens up. This will provide you with the right gauge for your personal Laura Shawl.
