Cast on for a superbulky cowl and it will finish itself—or that’s what you’ll think when the knitting is done in a flash! Worked with just two balls of a wool-alpaca blend, this cowl uses basic stitches and is suitable for new knitters. It buttons for a stylish finish.

Finished Size: 9” wide and 34” long, unbuttoned; about 31.5” circumference, buttoned.

Yarn: Tahki Yarns Nevada (70% organic virgin wool, 30% alpaca): #04 stone grey, 2 balls.

Needles: Size 19, (15 mm) needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Tapestry needle; three 2 1/8” toggle buttons.
