Lavender Haze Cardigan is an all-over cabled raglan cardigan which is knit seamlessly from the top down. Stitches are cast on for the neckline and the cable repeat is established. After the neckline has been completed, German Short Rows are worked before the raglan increases to create more fabric at the back of the neckline. Then, the cable pattern established in the neckline transitions seamlessly into wide raglan panels with increases on each side. When the intended body and sleeve circumferences are reached, the cardigan is split for body and sleeves, and worked without body or sleeve decreases until the desired length. Finally, a double-knitted button band is worked along the opening of the cardigan. For sizes 1-6, the pattern includes a modification for a wider neckline and wider sleeves, which is described in the appendix. This modification is already incorporated into sizes 7-11.

The white sample is knit in Sandnes Garn Peer Gynt in the color 1012 Natur held together with Tynn Kid Silk Erle in the color 4001 Hvit. It is shown in Size 5 with 20cm of positive ease, a body length of 55cm, and a sleeve length of 48cm.

The above yardages are calculated for the base gauge of 20 stitches and 28 rows and a body length of 55cm. If you knit at a tighter gauge or want to knit the jacket longer, you might need more yarn. If you knit at a looser gauge or want to knit the jacket shorter, you might need less yarn.
