Shawlaholics Edition 2 comes with three shawls : Laya, Meera and Reed. Please check out the whole collection.

The word “Laya” can refer to both rhythm and tempo created by the measured flow of time durations in musical terminology. I named the shawl “Laya” for how the simple rhythmic repeats of basic stitches and some change in color, resulted in this very stylish, attractive, wearable accessory.

Laya is a 2-color shawl that starts by casting on a few stitches at one tip and is increased at one edge to make an asymmetrical wrap. The body of the shawl alternates between soothing garter and sweeping mesh short rows. A second color is introduced midway but the same established tempo of garter and mesh continues.
