This is a very easy neck cuff or neckwarmer knit top-down, in the round, to be worn under a coat instead of a scarf. It has a ribbed neck and then a plain knit body.

The pattern is written for an adult but is easily adaptable in size. It uses about 150 yards of Aran/Worsted/4 yarn and would be good for using up scrap. It uses a short US 6 cable needle, but could be worked on double-points instead.
