Læborg
In the village of Læborg stands a rune stone with a rune text reading “Ravnunge (Raven-chick) Tue carved these runes after Thyra, his queen”. Though “raven chick” traditionally refers to a badly behaved child, Ravnunge Tue is known to have raised at least four rune stones and as such must have been a viking of considerable distinction. I have been inspired to make this “Læborg” design with runic text spelling “Ravnunge” as it was carved in stone more than 1100 years ago.
If a Viking comes home in such a sweater and complains that it itches or that he is cold, then I won’t believe that he has slain a dragon!
