This pattern is currently not available. I am trying to update and edit all my old patterns, be patient! Thank you

Le gran bleu is fitted pullover with a squared neckline, 3/4 sleeves, and a simple bottom edge worked with bamboo stitch pattern. It is worked seamlessly with an unusual construction: the upper part starts with a provisional CO at the back and it is worked transversally to the shoulders; then the body is worked top down in the round picking up stitches at the bottom edge of the upper part. Sleeves are worked in the round after shaping shoulders with few short rows.
It is intended to be worn with a small amount of negative ease at the bust (ie. The sweater measures 0.5-1” smaller than the actual bustline).

The pattern provides links for bamboo stitch pattern, provisional and crochet cast-on, and suggests ways to tighten the neckline when too loose.
