Leadlight is another name for stained glass, which are beautifully colored windows that have adorned beloved buildings for many years. The word also evokes a welcoming of light and beauty, which is why I chose it for these Fingerless Mittens. The simple faux fair isle motif works like little windows of light, something we all need in our lives. Worked in the round using waistcoat stitch, these mittens will brighten your day, no matter how gloomy it might be outside. #LeadlightMittens
