It’s a very simple beanie worked in Rev St st with one leaf motif. I think Rev St st is perfect for hats: nicer St st side is close to baby’s head and the decreases are nicely hidden in purls. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did :-)

Materials:
Approx. 50g / 90m of Aran or Worsted weight yarn
Sample made in ROWAN Amy Butler Belle Organic Aran - 50% Cotton, 50% Wool; 50 grams, 90 meters/98 yards
NOTE: I get the impression that this yarn is more worsted than aran so please check your gauge if you’re knitting the beanie from yarn of your choice!

Recommended Needle Size:
4.5 mm / US #7 circular needle (magic loop technique) or set of DPNs or appropriate size to obtain gauge

Other notions:
stitch marker,
tapestry needle.

Gauge:
20 sts in 10 cm / 4” on 4.5mm needles in Rev St st worked in the round.

Sizes:
Circumference: 30.5 (33, 35.5) cm / 12 (13, 14.5) inches.
Depth: 12.5 (13.5, 14.5) cm / 5 (5.5, 5.75) inches.
To fit size: 33 (35.5, 39.5) cm / 13 (14, 15.5) inches.
