The shoulder seam are joined using 3-needle bind off technique:
Hold both pieces of knitting with right sides together; insert needle into the first stitch on front needle and first stitch on back needle, knit them together and off the needles (one stitch on the right needle); * knit again the next two stitches together (two stitches on the right needle); pass the second stitch on the right needle over the first stitch and off the needle, rep from to till all the stitches are bound off.
