I am retiring from knit design due to progressive arthritis. Although I will no longer provide pattern support to my patterns that are now free, my patterns are edited and most have been test knit.

Mid-1800’s motif and three stripe pattern are created with a simple stranded pattern. The hat features a self-hem in contrasting color. Three sizes fit adult small, medium and large. The top sample hat is shown in Mountain Meadows Laramie in colors Prairie and Denim, 1 skein each. The Last sample is made with one skein each of Swan’s Island All American Worsted Collection 1 skein each of Lichen and Sugar Maple - enough for 2 hats in reverse colors.

A tutorial link is included for Crochet Provisional Cast On.

HAPPY KNITTING!
