Leftover KAL
This pattern was designed for a Leftover Knit-A-Long that started on 11.11.19
This pattern is not just a great way to use all your leftover yarns, but it is also a great opportunity for those who would like to learn two-colour-brioche.
There is a facebook group called WOLLYHOOD KNIT-A-LONG where we can share photos as well as on Instagram using #wollyhoodkal.
If you like to see a tutorial, Purl Soho has a great video tutorial for 2-colour-Brioche which can be found on their website and youtube.
What will you need:
The final size of this scarf will be approx.
Width: 25cm / 9.8”
Length: 170cm / 67”
But it is completely adjustable to any width or length or any other yarn/thickness.
For our version we used:
- approx. 2x 100gr (3.5oz) / 425m (465y) for both sides of fingering weight
- Circular knitting neelde 4mm (US 6) The shawl is knitted back and forth but a circular knitting needle is required (a long double-pointed needle would also work).
So, scramble your leftovers together and join us :slightly_smiling_face:
