I’m thinking about developing some designs to use that leftover yarns from other projects. For me, leftovers are very valuable because they keep those memories and experiences lived while I was knitting…. So, I decided to go through with it and do something with them, and start with sock yarn.
I weighted them, divided them into two, then I thought that it was not enough to make socks, so I decided to go for mitts instead and I started to work.
And that’s how this design come to life!
It’s a very simple design with slipped stitches that help to make color transitions

Siguiendo con el concepto de desarrollar algunos diseños para usar nuestros restitos de hilado que nos han quedado de otros proyectos, es que cree estos mitones.
Para mi, los restitos son muy valiosos porque guardan todas esas memorias y experiencias vividas mientras tejía esos bellos proyectos, así que hagamos algo con ellos! Yo partí con los hilados fingering.
Pese mis restitos, los dividí en dos mini mini ovillos y así fue como este patrón fue tomando forma.
Es un diseño muy simple, con puntos deslizados que ayudan a generar la transición de colores
