I uploaded and updated version of the pattern that includes a correction to the decrease section. sorry for the inconvenience.

Errata: If you are doing a 2x2 rib instead of a 1x1. make sure you cast 100 stitches instead of 98. Then after you’re done with the ribbing, the next round is a decrease round.

Decrease round: K48, k2tog, k48, k2tog.
After the decrease round, you can start with the pattern.

A hat that is a fun, easy and mindless knit but still has some interest to it. It can be knitted using 2 strands of fingering weight yarn held together or DK weight yarn. YOUR CHOICE!!!

The combination between knits and purls makes it so it can be reversible (if you’re good at weaving in the ends, hehe).

A stretchy cast on makes it so it can easily fit a 22” head without feeling snug. There are 3 different lengths, regular, loose and slouchy, depending of your preference.

I hope you enjoy knitting this pattern as much as I enjoyed making it.
