Lemon Star Earrings
This pattern provides instructions to make lemon star earrings and beaded lemon star earrings. Both variations are included!
Difficulty: Intermediate
Hook size: 7, 1.65 mm crochet hook
Yarn as pictured:
Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread (100% viscose from bamboo, size 10)
1 skein of Natural
Jewelry Findings:
2.4 mm seed beads (0.6 mm opening diameter), optional for beaded version
5 gold (A)
15 light teal (B)
Stirling silver earring hook findings, 21-gauge – two hooks for one pair
Stirling silver jump rings, 21-gauge, 3 mm – four rings for one pair (recommended to have more than four on-hand)
Tools:
Jump ring opener, optional
Two pairs of needle nose pliers OR one needle nose plier and one hook nose plier
Needle
The final dimensions of the crochet part of the earrings using the yarn and hook as described are approximately 2.25 inches x 1.5 inch (6 cm x 4 cm).
