Monarch butterflies are toxic to birds, so other butterflies and moths have adapted the monarch coloration to keep them safe. This shawl will provide you with your very own deceptive coloration to keep predators at bay.
Suggested watching
Mothra (B&W 1962)
Beginner crochet (slip stitch, chain, US Single and Double)
Finished Measurements
This is a top down shawl that starts small, and gets larger, so you can make it as large (or small) as you want. Mine has a wingspan of six feet and is about 3 feet deep.
Gauge
Not important, because you stop when it’s big enough.
