Materials and tools:
- main yarn in yellow, green, light green, white, grey and black colors – I used less than 50 g of each;
Note: You will need to divide your yellow, green and light green yarns in two to crochet the shamrocks and the buckle of the hat. If it is not possible, use yarns that are two times thinner than your main yarn to crochet these pieces making sure they match the colors of your main yarn.

  • matching crochet hooks – I used 1.75 mm for the main parts and 1.25 mm for the shamrock and the buckle of the hat;
  • two black half beads for the pupils of the eyes (I used 8 mm in diameter) and a piece of white felt for the whites of the eyes;
  • wire for the arms and legs (optional) - the diameter and quantity depends on the size of your toy. I used approximately 70 cm / 27.6 inches of wire 1-1.5 mm in diameter;
  • fabric tape;
  • transparent glue;
  • a piece of plastic (plastic canvas or plastic lid) or thick cardboard for the insoles and the hat;
  • stuffing;
  • sewing pins;
  • tapestry needle.

Measurements:
I used “Jeans” by YarnArt (55% cotton, 45% acrylic, 50g/160m), 1.75 mm crochet hook for the main parts of the toy and 1.25 mm for the shamrock. The toy is approximately 13 cm (5.1 inches) tall
