The LET IT SNOW loop is worked from the top down in a k1/p1 rib pattern. It begins in the round using a short circular needle, then is split and worked flat to the desired length. The rounded edges are shaped with right- and left-leaning decreases. Decorative double-knit trims are added at the end for a clean, finished look.

Sizes: 1 (1 - 3 years), 2 (4 - 10 years), 3 (adult S), 4 (adult M/L).

Head circumference: approx. 45-49 (50-54) 55-57 (58-60) cm 17.75–19.25 (19.75–21.25) 21.75–22.5 (22.75–23.5)“

100 (100) 150 (150) g, Kremke The Merry Merino 110 (100 % merino wool, GOTS certified; 110 m 120 yds / 50 g)

Needles:
Short circular knitting needle size 3.00 mm US 2.5 40 or 50 cm 16 or 20” long or 1 set of double pointed needles size 3.00 mm US 2.5. If you are using the Magic Loop technique, you will need a long circular knitting needle here.
Long circular needle size 2.75 mm US 2 80 or 100 cm 32 or 40” long for double knitted trims.

Notions:
Stitch markers, tapestry needle, scissors.

Gauge/Tension:
28 sts x 38 rows = 10 cm x10 cm 4” x 4” using 3.00 mm US 2.5 needles, after washing and blocking.
I am a tight knitter, please adjust needle size if needed.

Level of difficulty: INTERMEDIATE.

Der Loop wird von oben nach unten im Rippenmuster (1 M re/1 M li) gestrickt. Zuerst wird in Runden mit einer kurzen Rundstricknadel gearbeitet, dann wird das Strickstück geteilt und flach weitergestrickt, bis die gewünschte Länge erreicht ist. Die abgerundeten Kanten entstehen durch Abnahmen nach rechts und links. Zum Schluss werden dekorative Kanten doppelt gestrickt – für einen sauberen, fertigen Look.

Größen: 1 (1 - 3 Jahre), 2 (4 - 10 Jahre), 3 (Erwachsene S), 4 (Erwachsene M/L).

Kopfumfang: ca. 45-49 (50-54) 55-57 (58-60) cm

Kurze Rundstricknadel, Größe 3.0 mm, 40 oder 50 cm lang oder 1 Set Nadelspiele 3.00 mm. Wenn du die Magic-Loop-Technik verwendest, benötigst du eine lange Rundstricknadel, vorzugsweise 80 oder 100 cm lang.
Lange Rundstricknadel, Größe 2.75 mm, 80 oder 100 cm lang, für doppelt gestrickte Blenden.

Zubehör:
Maschenmarkierer, Stopfnadel, Schere.

Maschenprobe:
28 M x 38 R = 10 cm x 10 cm mit 3.00 mm Nadeln, nach dem Waschen und Blocken.
Ich stricke eher fest, bitte pass die Nadelgröße bei Bedarf an.

Schwierigkeitsgrad: MITTEL.
