I don’t know about you, but I have a stash of absolutely colorful yarn. It isn’t always easy to find a pattern that highlights colorful yarn and is interesting to knit. So I set put to design something that fits that need: a stockinette and eyelet stitch pattern set on an angle. It’s a quick, fun, and simple knit that shows off whatever yarn you might choose. Enjoy!

Needles: US 4 (3.5 mm) circular 24” cable

Yarn: Twisted ‘n Groovin’ Sock Yarn, Groovy Hues Fibers, (Sock, 80% Superwash Merino - 20% Nylon, 3.5oz/100g, 400 yds/366 m) - 1 skein, Sweet, Sugar, Candyman!

Yardage used: 288-388 yds/263-355 m

Special Techniques:
Knit & purl, cast on & bind off.
Yarn over, K2tog.
Working in the round on circular needles.
