This project can be done in any colorful yarns, threads, leftovers and even scraps if you like.

The size of the letters will depend on the yarn weight. The thicker the yarn, the bigger the letter. The thinner the thread, the smaller the letter. I used Red Heart Super Saver, not even half a skein, with G6/4mm hook. One color for the basic letter and a contrasting one for the edging.

Also, if you can’t afford to buy the fiberfill, use the stuffing of any old pillows you don’t like or want any more in your house.

This pattern is written for a 3D letter; If you don’t need a 3D letter, then you can make only one 2D letter and finish it off with the edging as described in the pattern. For a 2D letter you won’t need the stuffing material.
