This is another of my projects that I completed a while ago, but only had a chance to write up the instructions now.

The cowl is knitted flat and seamed together. If you want, you can use a provisional cast on and kitchener stitch to bind off.

I used two strands of lace yarn together, and two different colours. You can use thicker yarn if you don’t want to use two strands of lace yarn.

This is a fairly wide and short cowl. It only goes once around the neck. If you would like to have it going around the neck twice, either make it narrower by casting on fewer stitches or using more yarn.

This pattern is also available in the Serbian language.
