“Levante (Levant) is one of the winds that blow in the Mediterranean Sea. It is usually fresh and humid, bringer of soothing rain and magic mist.

This is my second design, after Maestrale, dedicated to the Mediterranean winds.

Levante is a rectangular wrap crocheted back and forth with different lace patterns and techniques.

Material
• Yarn: 1 cake of Scheepjes Whirl or any fingering weight yarn for about 1000 m/ 1093 yards.
• Crochet hook size 3,5 mm
• Scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Optional: locking stitch markers
• Optional: 41 big and 40 small 6/0 beads

The pattern includes written and charted instructions (I drew the charts from scratch!).
