A levantera is a persistent, easterly wind, usually occurring with cloudy weather over the Adriatic. Originating in the east and heading toward the west, it is a perfect analogy for this design. This cowl, for both children and adults, will help keep necks warm on those windy, cloudy days near you, as well.
