A simple little Intarsia dog design, based on my own dog Dougal, a Lhasa Apso.

Ideal for a useful, practical, and unique hand knitted gift.

You will only need one x 100g ball of standard chunky yarn for the cover, plus two different shades of beige, or beige and grey for the dog.
There is a little hand sewing for the face.
This pattern is great for using up left over yarn.

This pattern is easy and knitted mostly all in one piece, apart from the small section at the back that forms the envelope opening and the ribbed funnel.
