Liberty is a light-weight sweater for carefree summer days. It features delicate ruffles on the body, beads on the neckline and cuffs, golden thread along the ruffle edges and puff sleeves.

Yarn B: 3 (3, 4, 5, 5) (6, 7, 8, 8) skeins of Silk Mohair by Isager (75% kid mohair, 25% silk, 231 yds / 212 m – 25 g), colourway 66.

Yarn C for the binding off the ruffles: A couple of yds / metres of Mineral Silk by Purl Soho (75% silk, 25% synthetic sparkle, 394 yds / 360 m – 50 g), colourway Gold.

Needles: US 6 / 4 mm 32” / 80 cm circular needles (for ribbing), US 8 / 4.5 mm 32”  / 80 cm circular needles (for body), 8” / 20 cm circular needles or DPNs for small circumference knitting (for sleeves, if not using the Magic Loop Method).

Notions: Waste yarn or stitch holders, stitch markers in different colours, US 0 / 0.75 mm crochet hook for beading, US E-4 / 3.5 mm crochet hook for bind-off, tapestry needle and a waste yarn.

CONSTRUCTION
This sweater is knitted seamlessly from the bottom up. The puff sleeves are shaped with short rows. The pattern uses a variation of different techniques, such as beads and ruffles.
