Needles:

• 3.5mm circular needles with a cable of 60 or 80cm, or size needed to get gauge.
• 3mm circular needles with a cable of 60cm for picking up stitches and finishing the neckline.
• 3mm needles for working in the round in a small circumference to finish the sleeves, either 9 inch circulars, a long cable for Magic Loop or alternatively DPNs.

Gauge:

24sts x 32 rows gives 10 x 10cm in stockinette stitch before blocking.
24sts x 31 rows gives 10 x 10cm in stockinette stitch after blocking.
It’s advisable to note down the gauge measurements before and after blocking, this will help you to estimate the final item measurements.

Other materiales:

• 3 stitch markers.
• A long cable with a connector so you can try on the
garment as you go.
• Tape measure, tapestry needle, and scissors.

Construction notes:

In this pattern we will explain two versions of the LIDIA, one with a low neckline at the back and another with less depth. The idea being that you can wear your tee with the V-neck in the front or the back and feel comfortable with whichever neckline you choose.
There is also the possibility of using the instructions of the front for both the front and back, giving you a rounded neckline on both sides, which would also look really beautiful. I’ll leave photos for you on Ravelry.
LIDIA is worked top-down in pieces and the body and sleeve and neckline edges are worked in the round, as follows: 1-The two shoulders are worked with eyelets.
2-Stitches are picked up from both to work the front down to the underarm.
3-Stitches are picked up from the other side of the shoulders to work the back neckline.
4-Both sides are joined to work in the round down to the desired length.
5-And finally the neckline and sleeves are finished in 1x1 rib.
Ready! Time to find a summery outfit to go with your tee and enjoy it.

¡Listo! A buscarle un bonito look veraniego y disfrutarlo un
montón.
