I’ve always been in love with a well-tailored jacket, and I wanted to bring that into a knitted garment. At first I had thought about having exposed seams to draw attention to the seams that make a tailored fit, but then I decided to incorporate cables. There’s just something so special about being able to work a cable in your knitting, so I chose a tightly braided cable as an accent, and the design grew from there. At first this pattern may seem a little daunting, but each section is clearly explained, plus it’s a mostly seamless design, so it’s finished before you know it!
