Liesel Cardigan
The Liesel Cardigan is a romantic cardigan inspired by the iconic Bavarian-style knits popular in the 1930s and 1940s.
It is worked top down, back and forth, with cables and lace and bobbles.
It is designed to blouse slightly over the waist with an i-cord tie. You can keep it as is and let the cables and lace shine on their own, or add embroidery for that iconic vintage bavarian look!
SKILL LEVEL: Please note that this is an advanced pattern. You need to be comfortable with many elements happening at the same time, know how to read your knitting and be comfortable with an instruction being repeated without being reminded of it.
NO CHARTS: This pattern does not include charts for the cables or lace, but written instruction (example: k2, p2, yo, k2tog)
