Description: This luxe, lightweight cowl is airy and features an elegant drape. This is light and versatile enough to wear through at least three seasons! The fine kidsilk lends itself to be either dressed up or worn casually. A simple pattern of vertical lace stripes are enhanced by the natural halo of the mohair.

Level: Advanced Beginner

Materials:

  • Two skeins of Rowan Kidsilk Haze (70% mohair, 30% silk) in color Branch (689) or approximately 31 grams or 285 yards/260 meters of another fine weight yarn for doubling up strands.
  • US Size 10 (6mm) 8 to 16 inch circular knitting needles
  • Tapestry needle

Gauge: 16 stitches and 20 rows = 4” or 10 cm in stockinette stitch on US Size 10 (6mm) using two strands.

Finished Dimensions: 12” from cast on to the cast-off edge and 14” wide.
