Lace and stripes – the perfect, addictive combination. Light as Air has three different lace patterns that alternate with stripe blocks. Worked in two colours of heavy lace weight, it’s a fun knit that you don’t want to put down!

Materials:
• Yarn: 2 skeins of Skein Queen Lustrous BFL Heavy Lace (55% superwash Bluefaced Leicester, 45% silk; 600 m / 656 yds per 100 g) in 2 colors; 1 skein of both C1 and C2. Or approx. 880 m / 963 yds of heavy lace weight yarn; 440 m / 481 yds in C1 and C2.
• Needles: 3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge

The sample was knit using Skein Queen Lustrous BFL Heavy Lace in Latte (C1) and Dodo Feathers (C2).

Gauge:
22 sts x 28 rows = 10 cm / 4” in garter stitch after blocking.

Size:
One size
Length: 188 cm / 74”
Width: 51 cm / 20”

Errata:
Lace section 3, row 17: should end with “k5” instead of “k4”.
The same row on the chart also has a mistake: the repeat should be one stitch less. I will update the pattern as soon as my graphic designer is back at work! Many apologies for any inconvinience this has caused!
