This pattern is for a newborn size cowboy hat. Sample picture is made with acrylic yarn, but testers also used cotton with success.
Considered an easy pattern - basic stitch knowledge (sc, hdc, dc, back loop only, front loop only, etc.) is necessary.
Pattern calls for wire to be used to shape brim. Was tested using the crab stitch which tester found successful but does not hold shape as well.
Approx 1/2 skein of your color choice or can be made with longer pieces of scraps together.
