Lillian Lucy is a bottom up girly cardigan with vintage flair. It has ruffles on the yoke, on the bottom and at the edge of the sleeves. The sleeves are ¾ length. It is worked from bottom up on circular needles. Sleeves are knit in round and joined to the body at the underarm. Body and sleeves are then knit all together. Front Bands are picked up to complete garment. Underarm stitches are grafted together using Kitchener stitch. Purl ridges are made during knitting on the bottom edge, sleeve edge and yoke that will be used to make the ruffles later. Ruffles are then created using single crochet.
