The Lilou Blouse is a feminine stockinette blouse with i-cord ties at the waist and on the sleeves.

The blouse is worked top down with raglan increases on the yoke. The first part of the yoke is worked back and forth, and then the rest of the blouse is worked in the round on circular needles.

Along the way, yarn overs are worked on both the sleeves and body, which is where the ties will be threaded into at the end.
At the yarn overs, stitches are picked up and worked to create a casing on the wrong side of the piece.

The sleeves are worked straight down without decreases.
Both the sleeves and body are finished with a regular bind-off, so the edges will naturally roll slightly upwards. For the neckline,
an i-cord bind-off is worked from picked up stitches.

Finally, i-cord ties are worked and threaded through the casings on the body and the sleeves.
