Lily, a sweet lace cowl worked in the round from the bottom up. It’s long enough to wrap around the neck twice and can be made wider or shorter simply by adding or removing repeats.

Materials:
-Approximately 1.5 skeins of Madeline Tosh Sport or 405 yards of an equivalent sport weight yarn
-US6 (4mm) 32” circular needles
-One stitch marker

Finished measurements:
49” around x 8 1/2” wide

Notes:
-It may be more comfortable to work with a shorter circular needle
-Parentheses are used to separate the stitches that create the faggoting column from those that create the lace column. They can pretty much be ignored but were included as I, personally, found it easier to memorize and picture the pattern that way.
