This hat was inspired by lily of the valley. They drape and nestle upon one another, while often looking as if they’re are cabling together. This pattern uses a mixture of both lace and cabling. The effect leaves an incredibly stretchy fabric. By changing the weight of the yarn to a lace weight and increase the stitch count, this hat will transform from cables to an open lace.

The pattern is shown in a medium and has incredible positive ease from the lace. The Medium fits 20-23” head easily.
