This pattern is available from etsy.com for $6.00.

My goal for this design was to create a simple pattern for a fun summer romper/swim cover up that works up quick and can be easily customized! I hope you enjoy this project as much as I enjoyed designing it! If you have more of an hourglass or pear shaped figure, there are even instructions on how to mix and match sizes so that you can make the waistband smaller and then easily size up for the shorts. I also include two “index” pages at the end with photos of my testers, which size they made, and their measurements to help you decide which size will be right for you! I also included yarn recommendations to get you started!

The pattern is written with sizing for XXS/XS, XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL, XL/2X, 2X/3X & 3X/4X and has LOTS of photos to guide you!

Materials you will need for this pattern include:

1025 (XXS/XS), 1175 (XS/S), 1325 (S/M), 1475 (M/L), 1625 (L/XL), 1775 (XL/2X), 2050 (2X/3X), 2100 (3X/4X) Yards of Aran/Worsted Weight (4) yarn. These estimates are based on holding 3 strands of Aran/Worsted (4) weight yarn together. You can use 1/3 of the yardage if you choose to go with a single strand of super bulky (6) yarn. See the last page of the pattern for yarn recommendations if you aren’t sure what yarn to choose!

Size 11-12mm crochet hook: I tend to crochet tightly so be sure to check your gauge and use a different size hook if needed. Gauge (4”x4”): 5 HDC rows x 6 HDC stitches

Tapestry Needle, scissors, stitch markers OR a few scraps of contrasting color yarn to use as stitch markers.
