This is a festival bikini halter top created with Sugar n’ Cream Stripes, Lime by Lily, 100% cotton (can be found locally or online).

This pattern uses single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), half double crochet (dc), and chain sts (ch).

I am not a petite girl by any means…my bust measures approximately 38C, and the top fits me, and it also fit my niece Kirra, who is very petite as you can see by the photos.

I wanted to create something that girls and women of all sizes felt comfortable wearing. I hope you enjoy this pattern. It is stretchy and adjustable in front, top and back.

The cup size would comfortably fit from 32A/B (or smaller) up to 40-42C using 6 rows of dc. I included extending the rows for a larger cup size in the pattern. For D cups, I recommend continuing outer rows in the same color as last row, or increasing the first chain by 2 (keep odd number – 11, 13, 15, 17, etc.) Although, keep in mind, if you make it larger, you will have to modify the lace edging a bit.

It uses about a skein and half, more or less, depending on your gauge. I use a 3.5mm hook, and my gauge sample 4” x 4” or 10 x 10cm is 15 sts x 7 rows of double crochet worked in both loops.
