Linen & Lace Wrap

February 2016
Red Barn Yarn Superwash Fingering
Fingering (14 wpi) ?
23 stitches and 32 rows = 4 inches
in half linen pattern
US 6 - 4.0 mm
1100 yards (1006 m)
144" long and 25" deep

Two stitch patterns plus two colors plus shiny beads equals one showstopping wrap. Bands of solid color in half linen stitch alternate with multicolor yarn in linen lace stitch. Both these patterns use slip stitches to create a woven appearance. A picot bind-off creates scallops.
