Designed by Karen Alfke.

Our beloved linen project bag inspired this version knit in linen stitch in a linen blend yarn. Flip the deep top cuff over to open, flip it back to close—no fastener necessary.

Designed to make projects easy to carry and organize, these bags hold a pattern and project comfortably. Unlike a drawstring bag, the flat envelope style reduces bulk for easy stowing in a tote bag.

The pattern includes instructions for optional tea towel-style striping on the flap (you’ll need about 15 yards of a contrasting color for the stripes).
