Yarn is double stranded for pattern. Pattern includes finishing diagram. Skirt is knitted from just above knees through waistband (3/4” elastic inserted into sewn waistband), then 21 separate rectangles of various sizes and stitch patterns are knitted and sewn onto the bottom of the skirt.
