This potholder is knitted in the round. Only knitting, no purls. Never more than two colours at a time, and no long floats. Chart for pattern. You can use dpn’s, a short circular needle or a long one if you use the magic loop.
Finally you crochet round the potholder to make the edge and loop.
Gauge isn’t critical, but you’ll get a bigger or smaller potholder if you have a different gauge.
The pattern can of course also be used for other items. Please let me know if you adapt the pattern for another purpose.
