The Linnéa hat is knitted from the brim upwards with a beaded ribb pattern. The brim is folded double and the sts are joined together using a provisional cast on method. Decreases are done on the top to form a star pattern at the top of the hat. The hat is knitted using two strands of yarn, 1 strand of fingering weight merino and 1 strand of silk mohair.

Size: One size, fits a head circumference sized 53-58cm

Hight: 24 cm

Needles: 3,5 & 4 mm round needles 40cm (4mm two pointed needles for the top of the hat if needed) 5 stitch markers

Gauge: 10x10 cm= 21 x 29 rows in stockinette stitch with one strand of merino (fingering) and one strand of mohair silk using 4 mm needles

Yarn: one strand of merino (fingering) and one strand of mohair silk for example Tynn Merinoull or Babyull Lanett (50g= 175m) 50g and Tynn Silk Mohair (25g=212m) 25g by Sandnes Garn

The hat in the picture is knitted with one strand of MCS Silky Cashmere by Wool Me Once Fibres (color Aslan) and one strand of Brusched Lace by Mohair by Canard (color Congac)
