A quick and easy knitting pattern for advanced beginners, with clear instructions, illustrations and tips.
Sweater is knitted bottom up on straight and circular needles.
Sweater is oversized, drawn in slightly at the waist.
One size: Small / Medium; To fit UK 12/14 or US 8/10.
Measurements, when measured flat after blocking:
Chest: 56 cm
Length: 57 cm
Sleeve length to shoulder join: 48 cm
Sleeve depth at shoulder join: 23 cm
Sleeve cuff width: 8 cm
Neck opening width: 16 cm
Neck depth at front: 7 cm
Neck depth at back: 2 cm
Needles:
6.5 mm circular needle – for main body (60 cm length)
6.5 mm straight needles – for sleeves and upper body (25 or 30 cm length)
5.5 mm circular needle – neck rib (40 cm length)
5.5 mm circular needle – for body rib (60 cm length)
5.5 mm straight needles – for sleeve rib (25 or 30 cm length)
