Lishton is a unisex hat that takes a basic beanie style (called a
toque here in Canada) and adds subtle embellishment with
contrasting i-cord trim and two coordinating buttons.

Materials:

Green Ray Worsted 100% superwash merino wool; 200yds/183m per 100g skein)
-- MC Teal; 1 skein (approx 130 yds/120m needed)
-- CC Dark Blue; 1 skein (approx 32yds/30m needed)

16-inch US #7/4.5mm circular needle
Set of US #7/4.5mm double-point needles
US #6/4mm straight needles
(Adjust needle sizes as required to obtain gauge.)

2 3/4”/19mm buttons

Errata:

In the third line of instructions for the band:

Rep Row 1 until band measures 21”/53.5cm

should be changed to:

Repeat this row 228 more times (band will measure approximately 21” unstretched, but being accurate in your row count will make picking up stitches for the crown easier)
