Listopad is a lacy stole worked in a Tunisian crochet version of a well-known knit stitch pattern. The leaf stitch forms the main body of the stole and sections of the plain lacy chevron stitch edge it on both sides.

It is worked as one piece from one end to the other with no joining in the middle. Since it is worked in one direction, the two ends are not exactly the same, but similar enough to match and look symmetric.

Each row is both written out and charted.

Skill Level:

The pattern assumes knowledge of basic Tunisian crochet techniques, specifically how each row is worked as two separate passes, how to work the Tunisian simple stitch and full stitch increase, how to decrease stitches in the return pass, as well as how to bind off your work. Refer to my website for a glossary of Tunisian crochet stitches: http://www.msweaver.com/tutorials/tunisian-crochet/.
