Little big Pi and his forthcoming buddy big little pi are made by crocheting the top bar and then stitching directly onto it for each leg. It’s somewhat awkward to maneuver around the top bar and/or previously-made leg but nothing else about this pattern is particularly difficult. Begins with a magic ring, though that could be substituted.
