This is a quick and straight forward pattern suitable for a beginner as well as someone with more experience looking for a quick make.

You can make this into a key ring or a phone charm or just a cute little good luck charm decoration.

Pattern is written in US crochet terms.

You will need:
3 mm crochet hook, yarn needle, lucky coin, key ring (optional), scissors, DK (size 3) yarn.
I used 100% cotton So Crafty Amigurumi yarn: approximately 6 m of colour green.
My gauge/tension is 3 rows/ 3 stitches = 1 x 1 cm, make sure your coin fits
Finished clover is about 5 cm across. It fits UK penny, US cent and various other coins which are
about 19 – 20 mm in diameter.

This pattern is also suitable when crocheting left-handed.

Magic ring, slip stitch, chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and how to crochet in a continuous circle.
