This cute, crafty critter is worked flat in straightforward double crochet stitches, stuffed and carefully sewn together with whipstitch. Finish him off with a bit of embroidery – little flashes of white on the hindquarters will really bring your fawn to life.

This pattern is worked flat, back and forth in double crochet, creating four main body pieces and seven detailing pieces. It is then sewn together afterwards with an overstitch. Leave a tail of yarn of approx 20cm after fastening off each piece, in case you need it for sewing up later.
