A little bit of lace, a little bit of stockinette, and a whole lot of charm—the Little Lace Crop is a beginner-friendly tank with sweet details and a feminine flair. Featuring wider straps that taper out at the shoulders and delicate i-cord ties at the back, this slightly cropped top is equal parts playful and pretty. Lace got you nervous? Don’t worry—this 6-round repeat is super beginner-friendly, and you’ll only need to focus on two of the rows. Simple, approachable, and totally doable.

Knit from the bottom up, this tank is intended to be worn with 3.5–5.75”/9-15 cm of positive ease for a breezy, relaxed fit. The square neckline in both the front and back, paired with wider straps that taper out, gives it a timeless silhouette with just a hint of flirt. Whether you throw it on with high-waisted shorts or your favorite summer skirt, this cotton cutie is ready for sunshine.
 
This pattern is written in nine sizes – XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL) and knit top-down. Model pictured is wearing the size M and is 5’7”, 146 pounds. She has a bust of 36.5” in circumference, for reference.

•2 (2, 2, 3, 3) (3, 3, 4, 4) skeins of We Are Knitters Pima Cotton (pictured in Mauve) or 375 (415, 460, 510, 560) (600, 660, 700, 775) yards / 345 (380, 420, 465, 515) (550, 605, 640, 710) meters of size 3 DK weight yarn
•Size US 8/5 mm knitting needles 24”/60cm circular needles (4+5XL may benefit from 32”/82cm)
•Size US 7/4.5 mm knitting needles 24”/60cm circular needles (4+5XL may benefit from 32”/82cm)
•Size US 8/5mm DPNs (for three-needle bind off)
•3 locking stitch markers
•Scissors
•Darning needle
•1 stitch marker
