This pattern was inspired by the spring, (we have had a beautiful week here)

This sweet little hat is knitted in the round on 3mm double pointed needles using Three Bears 100% cotton aran https://www.threebearsyarn.co.uk/
It takes approximately 150g of aran with oddments for embellishments. I have included notes to make the pattern easily adapted, and whilst it is only for one size the ties allow the hat to be adjusted (the hat also fit on my head ) there is also some stretch due to the lace pattern of the main body of the hat. This hat is a great project for the spring and summer and with a self supporting brim (which can be made larger if preferred) will keep little Ladies cool and the sun out of their eyes whilst they are playing. The fact that there are no wires mean that it takes up very little space in bags (great for school and days out, especially with the changeable British weather). It also means that the wearer wont get skewered during play, it can be machine washed at 30C so it can get tramped through the sand at the beach etc. I have included pictures and detailed instructions. I am happy for you to knit these for sale but please do not copy, re sell or redistribute the pattern in any way and don’t forget to reference me as the designer. If you have any trouble with any of the instructions please get in touch through the etsy page and I will do my best to help.
